Date: 2015-04-22 03:15 am (UTC)In the envelope is a card! It's a fairly generic happy holidays card, though the outside and inside have stickers added. On the inside of the card are some cute little doodles of cats or snowmen or reindeer and a note:
Merry Christmas Gaius! I found this cute little bakery in town the other day that does a lot of weird but good fusion style baking, and I think you and I should go check it out some time! Everything looks suuuuuuuuuuuuuuper good, especially their cakes and tarts and stuff! So if you want, that's going to be the other half of your Christmas present, okay? I hope you're having a really great Christmas, and that this gift can make it even sweeter for you!

In the thin garment box is...a stocking? Yes! It's a stocking! It's red with gold trimming and glitter covering it, as well as Gaius's name carefully penned in with what looks like glitter fabric paint. Inside this stocking is what you would expect in any stocking. From the toe to the top, it's filled with candy. Like, a HUGE variety of candy. She clearly wanted to give Gaius a good taste of Christmas. Inside he'll also find smaller items, such as: a couple of vouchers for the candy shop her brother works at (as well as a note that says to mention her and he'll TOTALLY give him a discount), a pack of scratch and sniff candy sweets themed stickers and a small hand knit key chain featuring a black cat with a white face!
Lining the top are five candy canes, neatly hooked over the edge so they are just peeking out!]

Sorry I couldn't get you a real sword, but I hope this makes you smile anyway! I worked really hard on it, so let me know how it tastes.
Oh... and for the record, I don't mind if you open it a little early. Try not to shake it too much, though! I don't want it to get ruined before you even see it.

Your not-so-Secret Santa
[ If and when Gaius chooses to open he present, inside he will find a small personalized chocolate cake, sat neatly in a box. Rather than being square, it's a bit more oddly-shaped, more like a rock--which is exactly what she was going for. Green frosting lines the bottom to represent what looks like grass; and simple yet cute flower designs in red, pink, and purple are scattered over the rest.
What's most notable is the knife-sized toy sword sticking out of a top, begging to be taken out: a sweet version of a sword in a stone.
To supplement, there is another white box wrapped in red ribbon. It's about the same size, only this one is filled with Christmas candies like miniature candy canes, pepper mints, and chocolates, all individually wrapped and ripe for eating (probably in one sitting).
